Uwe unnatural graphic design at the Peter Behrens Academy Düsseldorf, 1964–68. His work is represented in important museum collections such as the NY MoMA; Bibliothèque nationale de France, Paris; Museum für Gestaltung Zürich; Germanic Poster Museum in the Museum Folkwang, Essen.
